SocialCoast.org is a multiplatform services website: used as a tool for sharing information and networking, collaborating with members of a greater community, and facilitating social change. SocialCoast.org allows members to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with friends, post and edit content, and collaborate with other groups on SocialCoast.org. The services offered by SocialCoast.org and Social Solidarity Networks (in this document “us“ and/or "we") include the SocialCoast.org website (the "Social Coast” website) , the Social Coast user profiles service and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by the Social Coast website (collectively, the "Social Coast Services"). SocialCoast.org does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the Social Coast website. After posting your Content to the Social Coast Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Social Coast Services, you hereby grant to SocialCoast.org a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the Social Coast Services. Without this license, SocialCoast.org would be unable to provide the Social Coast Services. For example, without the right to modify Member Content, we would not be able to digitally compress music files that Members submit or otherwise format Content to satisfy technical requirements, and without the right to publicly perform Member Content, SocialCoast.org could not allow Users to listen to music posted by Members. The license you grant to SocialCoast.org is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to SocialCoast.org), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that SocialCoast.org is not required to pay you for the use on the Social Coast Services of the Content that you post), sub licensable (so that SocialCoast.org is able to use its affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the Social Coast Services), and worldwide (because the Internet and the Social Coast Services are global in reach). This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the Social Coast Services. The license does not grant SocialCoast.org the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant SocialCoast.org the right to distribute your Content outside of the Social Coast Services. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Social Coast Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Social Coast Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through the Social Coast Services. The Social Coast website shall be used for lawful purposes only. No material shall be posted on or transmitted through the Social Coast website which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights or otherwise violates any law. No conduct shall be undertaken that, in Social Solidarity Networks Ltd’s judgment, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Social Coast website.
